Guiyang bureau arranges work for H2

The Guiyang bureau of natural resources and planning – located in Guiyang, capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province – held a meeting on July 28 to discuss coordination and arrange the work to be carried out in the second half of the year relating to the province's natural resources.

Bureau director Du Huazhi and Gao Yang, the Party secretary, took part.

Du summarized the achievements of the first half and referred to efforts being made in seven areas, based on goal-oriented and result-oriented principles.

These included promoting land planning and rural planning, utilizing resources intensively and optimizing the business environment.

Gao said the bureau had achieved all its tasks as scheduled to a high level in the first half of the year. 

He added that in future, the bureau needed to have firm political convictions, establish a better organizational mechanism, build a high-quality cadre team and do a good job in the normalization of novel coronavirus pandemic prevention and control.

During the meeting, representatives from other districts also made reports and held detailed talks with each other.
