Guiyang provides convenient real estate registration services

Under the guidance of the Guiyang Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning, Guiyang's Wandongqiao real estate registration center in Southwest China's Guizhou province started to provide "one window" services on Aug 2.

In addition to real estate trade, registration and taxation, the center also provides services related to water, electricity, gas and public security, allowing residents to complete everything in a single trip and at the same window.

The "one window" services are available at the center's first to third floor, saving much time for applicants. Certificates will be issued on the spot or mailed to the applicants.

The center will continue to optimize its service and provide more convenience to the public.
