Guiyang takes measures to improve real estate registration service

Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, has recently taken three measures to improve real estate registration services for companies and individuals.

Guiyang's real estate registration center has cooperated with local governments to allow companies and individuals to complete all real estate-related applications in just one trip.

Huaxi district is Guizhou's first district to coordinate the departments of real estate, household registration, taxation, housing and urban-rural development, water supply, electricity supply, and radio and television, so as to save on time for applicants.

Baiyun district integrates real estate, water supply, electricity supply, and gas supply services to allow applicants to complete water, electricity, and gas account transfers immediately after receiving their real estate certificate.

The integrated services may reduce the number of application materials by 60 percent, application procedures by 70 percent, and application time by 90 percent.

To solve the urgent and difficult problems faced by enterprises, Guiyang's real estate registration center cooperated with the Guiyang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone to provide one-day rush services for land leasing, construction land planning permission, and real estate registration, reducing application time by 80 percent.
