Guiyang offers transparent government affairs services

A team from the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on Oct 28 visited the municipal government affairs service hall in Guiyang, capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

The visit's goal was to learn about the procedures of the one-window service at the hall and the volume of traffic it handled.

Officials from the Guiyang Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning also learned about the services being provided at the construction project approvals service window.

They advised the service window to enhance its service awareness, improve service capabilities, optimize employee assignment, implement a service assessment system and improve general efficiency.

Plans are for the service window to be more customer-friendly, monitor its management and provide convenient services for both individuals and businesses.
