Nanming improves services for real estate registration

The Nanming District Administrative Service Hall recently opened 27 new service windows to handle the real estate registration business.

They reportedly accept a total of 79 real estate registration services related to companies and individuals in the jurisdiction of Nanming district – located in Guiyang, capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

These include transfers, mortgages, changes and adjustments to water, electricity, gas and television accounts.

The service windows started operating on Nov 8. Their service hours are from 9:00 to 17:00 on working days, with no break at noon.

In addition to the increasing number of services windows, the Nanming service hall has also simplified its procedures and materials for service items, which is expected to improve efficiency significantly.

The moves are reportedly designed to improve the business environment of Nanming district and satisfy the needs of local residents and enterprises.
