A team led by Wang Long, a senior official from the Department of Natural Resources of Guizhou Province on Dec 1 reviewed Guiyang city's work in the third national land survey.
Other officials from the natural resources departments of cities, districts and counties administered by Guiyang – capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province – delivered briefings on their land investigations. After discussions, the work was recognized by provincial leaders.
The land survey has taken more than three years to fulfill – with 804,344.97 hectares of land under investigation, 784,600 polygons surveyed and more than 2.4 million proof photos taken.
