Guiyang, Bijie cities team up for natural resource planning

Ran Wei, deputy director of Guiyang bureau of natural resources and planning, launched a work session with a team of officials led by Ding Zhumao, deputy director of Bijie bureau of natural resources and planning, on March 1.

The two sides held discussions about regional integrated development. They exchanged detailed opinions on land planning and mineral resource allocations, and reforms of delegation of power, optimizing procedures and improving government services to create a better business environment.

Ding expressed the hope for Guiyang and Bijie to complement each other with their own advantages and resources. Ran looked forward to finding more common grounds in line with the interests of both sides.
