Real estate mortgage registration procedures optimized

The Guizhou Department of Natural Resources signed a "real estate mortgage registration + financial service" strategic cooperation agreement with the Bank of Guiyang on March 9.

The move was intended as a way to offer one-stop integrated real estate mortgage registration services for residents and enterprises.

To date, seven financial institutions, including Guiyang branches of the Agricultural Bank of China, China Construction Bank, and Bank of Communications, have signed such agreements.

Responding to the central government's call to delegate power, streamline procedures, and optimize government services, Guiyang real estate registration center is using the provincial cloud registration platform to simplify real estate registration application procedures and lower costs for citizens and enterprises in need.
