Guiyang bureau releases latest land project information

The Guiyang bureau of natural resources and planning has issued information about 10 major land projects, which are located in the districts of Baiyun, Guanshanhu and Wudang, as well as in the Guiyang Economic & Technological Development Zone and in the Guiyang Free Trade Zone.

Tech giant Huawei's planned Guizhou headquarters is among the 10 projects, involving total floor space of 21,273 square meters. The company will reportedly build a research center in Guiyang, capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

The Dula logistic and willow park project occupies a planned area of 133,891 sq m, including 40,712 sq m of office buildings, 43,193 sq m of residential quarters, 4,140 sq m of support business areas, some 2,194 sq m of public rental housing, and 2,356 sq m of kindergartens.

The project will also be equipped with special rooms for cultural and sports activities, reading, postal services and express delivery services.
