Head presides over law-based government meeting

Ran Wei, deputy director of the bureau, evaluated work on the formation of a law-based government, the revised version of the administrative punishment law, and work that still needs to be done for the bureau to optimize its business environment.

The revised version of the administrative punishment law summarizes existing experience and adds more basic regulations and rules based on practical issues.
