Land price assessment session held

A land price assessment session was held on Nov 4 in the city of Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province. Gao Yang, director of the Guiyang bureau of natural resources and planning, presided over the meeting which was attended by other officials from the municipal government departments of finance, housing and urban-rural development, as well as public resource transactions.

Land transfers are currently seen as being a major task in Guiyang. Officials at the meeting introduced the location, condition and suggested starting prices of pieces of land.

After discussions and assessments, the prices of 38 pieces of land were approved, totaling 10.8 billion yuan ($1.49 billion).
