In order to normalize illegal mining prevention work, the comprehensive law enforcement branch of the Guiyang bureau of natural resources and planning has carried out the field research in Huaxi district of Guiyang, Southwest China's Guizhou province.
Through face-to-face communications with the governments of Maiping town and Jiuan township, the bureau's officials learned about plans to crack down on illegal mining.
The local governments were urged to prevent the unauthorized mining cases from happening, to minimize major production accidents. They were also advised to conduct irregular patrols over these activities, and change patrol cars to increase work efficiency.
