Bureau delegates power to Guiyang zone

Consistent with Guiyang and Guian New Area's reform to delegate power to governments at lower levels, streamline administration and optimize government services, the Guiyang bureau of natural resources and planning and Guiyang Economic & Technological Development Zone signed a power delegation contract on March 9.

According to the contract, the zone is now able to conduct land approvals for industrial projects and land transfer procedures, and issue relevant land use permits for construction work.
