Bureau performs inspection visit in Kaiyang county

Officials from the Guiyang bureau of natural resources and planning carried out an inspection visit in Hefeng town of Kaiyang county on March 15 to review the finished work involving rural planning permits.

A symposium was also held that day, in which attendees discussed the county's countryside homestead layout, existing problems, and the requirements needed for villagers to build houses. All of these issues were talked over, and agreements were reached.

The bureau urged county and town-level governments to further adjust their rural construction permit management models.
