2 bureaus hold land transfer promotion meeting

The Guiyang bureau of natural resources and planning and Guiyang bureau of housing and urban-rural development organized a land transfer promotion meeting on March 23.

Hu Xin, deputy head of the Guiyang bureau of natural resources and planning, addressed the event. Renowned real estate enterprises such as Wanda, Vanke, Poly and Longfor were invited to attend the meeting.

Corporate representatives were led to visit the Guiyang urban-rural planning display center, and were informed of Guiyang's city plans, history and investment values.

The commentators then introduced the supporting facilities, transport, natural landscapes, and city designs of 25 pieces of land that are set to be transferred in the central urban area of Guiyang.

Government officials said that they will produce more real estate, cultural tourism and health maintenance products. They also promoted the popularization of green eco-buildings to vitalize the city's property market at the meeting.
