Guiyang team clinches 1st prize in provincial contest

From July 26 to 27, the first provincial real estate registration vocational skill competition was held in Guiyang, Southwest China's Guizhou province, jointly by the Department of Natural Resources of Guizhou Province, Guizhou Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, Guizhou Federation of Trade Unions, and Guizhou Women's Federation.

A total of 10 representative teams from the province participated in this competition. Following two days of rigorous competition, the Guiyang team emerged victorious, securing the first prize in the team category. Furthermore, Xiong Bimei from the Guiyang real estate registration center achieved recognition by claiming the second prize in the individual category.

The competition consisted of three main segments: theoretical knowledge assessment, individual presentations, and on-site Q&A sessions. These components were centered around areas such as natural resource management, pertinent legal frameworks, and standard regulatory documents for real estate registration. Additionally, the practical aspects of real estate registration operations and window service protocols were also emphasized during the competition.
