Housing reform bears handsome result

The Guiyang real estate registration center carried out one of its most important reforms in March 2021, allowing residents to get their real estate ownership certificates as soon as their houses are delivered to them.

Currently, 14 residential areas have carried out this reform.

Previously, the house owner could receive their ownership certificates two or three years after their houses were delivered, which postponed their children's school enrollment and residency process.

A work team consisting of multiple government department staff members has been set up to solve the issue, ensuring the reform is implemented as planned.
