Guiyang upgrades real estate registration services

The Guiyang real estate registration center has adopted two working modes, namely a mobile end and a special data line, to provide one-stop online and cross-provincial real estate registration services. It was announced on Dec 4 at a press conference organized by the Guiyang bureau of natural resources and planning.

The setting up of this online processing system simplifies the application materials and process for registering real estate for both enterprises and individuals, optimizing approval processes, and reducing their costs.

The mobile end refers to the real estate registration mobile application developed by the center, and the special data line extends the real estate registration terminal to the offices of real estate companies and banks, with personnel assigned from the center serving these enterprises.
