Bureau leader researches construction land utilization

He Moujun, head of the Guiyang bureau of natural resources and planning, visited the municipal land and mineral resource reserve center and the municipal natural resource market management and service center, on Dec 28, 2023, to research construction land guarantee work.

He urged the government officials to further complete the full-life-cycle system of the construction land management. This system involves the reservation, approval, supply, use, regulations and evaluations of land that has been designated for construction projects.

He also called for appropriate distribution of construction land planning targets, as well as increased efforts to arrange the land supply in a more precise manner. Other advice included the establishment of a long-term land supervision and regulation mechanism after the land is approved for use, and the formulation of scientific plans regarding land reserves, supply structures, and scale for 2024.
