The Guiyang land and mineral resource reserve center held a seminar on the new policies for land transactions on March 19.
The seminar focused on exploring new trends, changes and requirements in regards to land reserves. This includes regulations, policies, and business knowledge based on the relevant policies for construction land of Guiyang.
Additionally, the seminar discussed this year's objectives as well as practical work methods, further clarifying the direction for future land reserve work.
At the event, the Guiyang Surveying and Mapping Institute discussed the areas within the city where commercial housing could be built, providing a basis for precisely formulating more residential land supply policies.
The municipal land reserve department also clarified the work on land and soil pollution prevention, laying a solid foundation for land supply. Furthermore, the municipal land planning department introduced the new requirements for land reserve supply, aiming to provide stronger support for land transactions.
The seminar also emphasized the importance of optimizing work methods to improve efficiency. Officials were required to accurately plan the progress of land development, acquisition and storage, thus advancing the high-quality development of the city's natural resources.
