On May 21-24, He Moujun, head of Guiyang bureau of natural resources and planning, led a research group to learn about the development of several local real estate construction projects in Guiyang, Southwest China's Guizhou province.
He urged property developers to leverage the related policy packages and gain a better understanding of local conditions, in order to invigorate the real estate market and propel the stability and healthy development of the market.
After the field research on the construction sites, and detailed reports on the property development plan, product positioning and sales, the group learned about the existing difficulties and problems met during the construction process.
He Moujun highlighted the widespread effect of the real estate industry, concerning public welfare and socioeconomic development. He encouraged real estate companies to focus on new trends, policies and requirements in the property market, be more market-oriented, and continue optimizing their modes of operation.
The natural resources and planning system in Guiyang will take into account the significance of well-coordinated real estate development to society, synergize with housing and other departments to address issues in the development of the property market, and create a better business environment for developers.
