Territorial spatial planning training session held

On the afternoon of May 28, the Guiyang bureau of natural resources and planning organized a training session to enhance the territorial spatial planning capabilities of its staff members. The session was presided over by Rao Xiaoxi, the bureau's second-level consultant, with over 70 participants from the natural resources departments of various districts, counties, and development zones in Guiyang.

Rao emphasized that all regions should make every effort to prepare county-level and township-level territorial spatial master plans, adding that it is crucial to elevate political awareness. County-level and township-level territorial spatial master plans serve as guides for territorial spatial development and sustainable development blueprints, he said, and all departments at various levels must understand the importance of territorial spatial planning and effectively enhance their theoretical knowledge and professional skills.

Participants were encouraged to make full use of the training session by focusing on practical applications and continuously summarizing what they have learned. The knowledge gained from the training session will be applied in reviewing county-level and township-level territorial spatial master plans, thereby contributing to the high-quality economic and social development of local areas.

The training session was conducted by the personnel from the bureau's territorial spatial planning division.
