On Oct 12, He Moujun, director of the Guiyang bureau of natural resources and planning, inspected the planning and construction of the "One River, One Road, Two Areas" project in Nanming and Yunyan districts.

He and his team visited the renovation project sites in Xindongmen, Yunyan district, and Dananmen to Cinanmen in Nanming district. They gained a detailed understanding of the project planning, implementation progress, and existing challenges.

He emphasized the importance of cultural heritage protection and inheritance when advancing the renovation projects and the coordinated acceleration of project implementation to continuously enhance the city's appearance.

He stressed that the "One River, One Road, Two Areas" planning and construction are crucial civil, municipal, and cultural projects. To achieve significant progress, it is essential to strictly adhere to relevant work requirements and expedite all tasks.

He called for strengthened organizational leadership and increased coordination, consultation, supervision, and scheduling efforts. Key project elements such as construction content, timelines, and funding need to be detailed, with reverse scheduling and a battle map approach to ensure rapid project advancement and timely completion, achieving full connectivity along the "One Road".

Attention to construction details is paramount, and efforts should be made in urban greening and building aesthetics. To transform every building into a cultural landmark, projects such as the restoration of covered rivers, pathway connectivity, and facility renovations should be integrated.

He also highlighted the importance of completing procedural formalities, urging proactive engagement to understand and address difficulties and bottlenecks in project approval processes. Coordination with relevant functional departments for parallel approvals and joint consultations is necessary to accelerate problem resolution, ensuring no project commences without proper approval or construction permits.
