On Oct 8, Li Chunsheng, deputy director of the Guiyang bureau of natural resources and planning, led a task force on a comprehensive field inspection and guidance mission.

The task force focused on projects financed by additional national bonds, addressing geological disaster management, ecological mine restoration, and temporary land reclamation in Guiyang's Guanshanhu and Baiyun districts.

Li assessed the progress of these critical initiatives, listened to reports on the challenges faced, and provided targeted recommendations for improvement. He emphasized that these projects are vital public welfare initiatives that directly impact the well-being of local communities and reiterated the importance of adhering to a people-first development philosophy.

Li issued several key directives for geological disaster management projects. These included utilizing the current sunny and dry conditions to ensure timely and high-quality completion of construction projects, working closely with financial departments to optimize the fund allocation process, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Regarding ecological mine restoration and temporary land reclamation, Li highlighted strengthening supervision, encouraging mines to conduct thorough self-examinations and rectifications, and intensifying efforts to manage and rehabilitate historical legacy mines.
