At a press conference held by the Guiyang bureau of natural resources and planning on Nov 27, it was announced that 10 industrial land parcels have been sold in Guiyang's six districts so far this year.
The districts involved are Yunyan, Nanming, Huaxi, Wudang, Baiyun and Guanshanhu.
To date, these six districts have collectively sold industrial land parcels covering a total area of 280,260.19 square meters, with a building area of 685,157 sq m.
In recent years, the Guiyang bureau has optimized government services and improved administrative efficiency. It has signed delegation agreements with the governments of the six districts and the management committees of the development zones, fully delegating the approval of allocated project land and the sale of industrial land to these areas.
Since March 2023, administrative powers for nine city-level construction project management tasks have been delegated in three batches.
These include preliminary land use review and site selection opinions, construction land planning permits, construction project planning permits, completion planning verification, allocated project land approval, land sale, land property rights division approval, consultation on land sale planning design conditions, and preliminary land use red line review.
The overall operation of delegated powers in the six districts has been running smoothly.
