The Guiyang bureau of natural resources and planning held a real estate enterprise symposium and premium land promotion event on Feb 14.

Representatives from 15 real estate companies, including Vanke, China Railway, and Poly, shared insights on their business operations and provided suggestions on project approvals, infrastructure development, land supply, housing quality, and policy optimization.

Director He Moujun engaged in discussions with entrepreneurs. Issues that could be addressed immediately were resolved on the spot, while those requiring further study were assigned to relevant departments for in-depth analysis.

He encouraged real estate companies in Guiyang to strengthen their investment confidence, refine their market positioning, and better meet residents' housing needs.
