Guiyang bureau leads training on special land and space planning guidelines

Guiyang bureau of natural resources and planning organized a comprehensive training session on the Implementation Rules for the Compilation, Review, and Approval of Guiyang's Special Land and Spatial Plans (Trial) on Dec 12. Over 10 municipal units and natural resources offices from districts, counties, and development zones participated.

During the session, the bureau's land and space planning department outlined the new implementation rules, while the municipal urban-rural planning and design institute detailed technical requirements for compiling and reviewing spatial content in special plans. The municipal geographic information and big data center shared guidance on database submission requirements and engaged in discussions with participating units.

The meeting emphasized close collaboration among plan-leading departments to ensure smooth implementation. Key directives included accelerating the timeline for special plan compilation, strictly adhering to content quality standards, and dynamically updating plan catalogs in line with the new regulations.
