Guizhou holds real estate registration skills contest

Guizhou province held its second real estate registration professional skills competition and the provincial selection contest for the second national real estate registration professional skills competition in Guiyang on July 27.

The event was organized by the Guizhou Department of Natural Resources and other departments, bringing together 10 teams and 40 frontline professionals in real estate registration services.

The competition featured three sections: a written knowledge test, an on-site quiz, and individual presentations. It covered areas including policies and theories, natural resources management, real estate ownership confirmation and registration, registration procedures, and service standards at registration windows.

By combining professional knowledge with practical skills, the contest provided a platform for participants to demonstrate their expertise and enhance their capabilities in real estate registration services.

After intense competition and evaluations by expert judges, awards were presented to outstanding teams and individuals. Top-performing participants will be selected to form Guizhou's provincial team, which will be recommended by the Guizhou Department of Natural Resources to compete in the national real estate registration professional skills competition.
