Simple services, including property ownership inquiries and certificates confirming no property ownership, can be processed and issued on the spot. Additionally, property registration procedures have been streamlined, with eligible applications processed within one hour.

With the rising number of primary and middle school enrollment applications, the need for verifying property information, obtaining property certificates, and securing no-property certificates has grown substantially. To assist residents unable to visit government offices during weekdays, the center has implemented longer service hours and weekend staffing support.
