Guiyang project planned for city center site

The Guiyang bureau of natural resources and planning has released a pre-approval public notice for the construction planning permit of the Shifu Road residential and commercial building project.

Located at the intersection of Shifu Road and Zhongshan West Road in Nanming district, the project will occupy 3,165 square meters of land, with residential use as the primary function and commercial and service facilities also permitted.

The project will provide 144 residential units and 186 indoor parking spaces across a total floor area of 33,058 sq m, with buildings rising to 80 meters and 21 floors. Green space will cover 633 sq m, accounting for 20 percent of the total site area.

Public service facilities with a combined floor area of 595 sq m will be located primarily on the building's basement level. These include public toilets, a renewable resources recycling point, garbage collection facilities, a community postal service station, property management offices, a fire control room with a security duty room, and elderly care facilities.

The site is in the northern part of central Nanming district, about 300 meters from Dashizi Square and Daximen. It is also close to Renmin Avenue and Zhongshan West Road, two major urban roads. Zhongshan West Road Metro Station is approximately 200 meters away, while nearby bus routes provide additional transport connections.
