To improve its property rights system for natural resources assets, Guiyang – capital city of Southwest China's Guizhou province – has streamlined its registration of ownership of all natural resources.
In 2020, the added value of industries above a designated size – those with annual revenue of 20 million yuan ($2.89 million) or more – in Guiyang, the capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, increased by 6.1 percent year-on-year, ranking first in the province.
